Classes are available for adults and children ages 6 & up.
Taekwondo teaches a variety of techniques such as forms, sparring, board breaking, focus drills, and one step sparring; in addition to confidence, self-control and self-defense. This is a complete exercise program for the whole family

Yoga’s isometric exercises can strengthen and tone muscles.
