Zumba means ‘moving fast and having fun’. Come see what makes Zumba Dance With Raelyn different: the Music…the Moves…the Magic!!! Join the hottest workout that everyone is talking about! Zumba® is an easy to learn and super F-U-N workout that has been nicknamed “exercise in disguise”. Zumba® combines Latin & International rhythms, low-impact, high energy dances movements, with intervals of fast and slow rhythms. Depending upon your level of intensity, you’ll burn between 300-1000 calories per class! Classes incorporate dance styles such as: Salsa, Rumba, Meringue, Hip-Hop, Jazz and much more!! The dances are repetitive and very easy to follow, so everyone can do them. Just remember to keep moving and most importantly to have fun! No previous dance or ZUMBA™ class experience necessary.

Zumba® Toning ™

ZUMBA™ toning is an exciting Latin-Inspired dance and total body toning workout that helps to build coordination and muscle endurance through body-sculpting techniques and Zumba moves. It’s a calorie-burning, strength-training class. You’ll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones. No previous dance or ZUMBA™ class experience necessary.

Taekwondo teaches a variety of techniques such as: forms, sparring, board breaking, focus drills, and one step sparring; in addition to confidence, self-control and self-defense. This is a complete exercise program for the whole family
